Our support initiative centres on supporting our products in the field by –

  • Making our products easy to service and maintain in the field.
  • Providing online access to fitting instructions, operational procedures and tips, problem identification and fixes, safety and operations manuals, specifications and warranty handling.
  • Enhancing our commitment to provide high quality Performance Products by supporting them at work at the coalface of contracting and resource recovery.
  • Maintaining support centres in key locations - in Auckland and Brisbane - to assist our customers with service, parts and spares - with a particular emphasis on problem solving for our customers.
